NATIONAL DEFENSE RESOURCES PREPAREDNESS
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. When the INSANE are running the ASYLUM In individuals, insanity is rare; but in groups, parties, nations and epochs, it is the rule. -- Friedrich Nietzsche

Yea. That's for when Obama invites the UN into the USA to take over the country and make it a socialist puppet state of Europe! Of course!

The New World Order... they want the UN to take over the entire world... haven't ya heard??? Really, just ask Bumbler.

I think he's preparing for global warming...Have you ever watched The Inconvenient Truth? There is famine, drought, tornado's, hurricanes, locust...All kinds of danger...We better prepare for that boogieman.

You can compare a tornado or a plague of locusts to a "Socialist World Order???"
Ask Bumbler... Socialists are EVERYWHERE... tornado's not so much!

The charade is convincing the people that the UN is GOING to take over the country. The reality is, "we the people" haven't been listened to by our government in over 6 decades. There is no legislative branch of government. We've been fighting undeclared wars since the end of WWII, bailing out European and other foreign banks through our treasury without the people's concent.
The government is waking up to the reality that Americans are waking up to this reality.

The good part is, the earth will be fine, it's only that thin layer on the crust that's in trouble.
I don't spell check! Sorry... If you include "No offense" in a statement, chances are, your statement is offensive.

Don't ya love it when Cicero stands on his tip toes on top of his soap box... shouting so loud that his voice squeeks! >

“National Defense Resources Preparedness” executive order: Power grab or mere update? POSTED AT 10:30 AM ON MARCH 18, 2012 BY ED MORRISSEY
We’re getting a lot of e-mail this weekend about an executive order issued on Friday afternoon by President Obama titled “National Defense Resources Preparedness.” While the timing of the EO is curious — why send it out on a Friday afternoon when an administration is usually trying to sneak bad news past the media? — the general impact of it is negligible. This EO simply updates another EO (12919) that had been in place since June 1994, and amended several times since.
Let’s start with Friday’s EO:
Section 101. Purpose. This order delegates authorities and addresses national defense resource policies and programs under the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (the “Act”).
Sec. 102. Policy. The United States must have an industrial and technological base capable of meeting national defense requirements and capable of contributing to the technological superiority of its national defense equipment in peacetime and in times of national emergency. The domestic industrial and technological base is the foundation for national defense preparedness. The authorities provided in the Act shall be used to strengthen this base and to ensure it is capable of responding to the national defense needs of the United States.
Sounds dramatic, doesn’t it? This actually matches the language in EO 12919, however, even the part about “in peacetime.” What follows is significantly less dramatic:
Sec. 103. General Functions. Executive departments and agencies (agencies) responsible for plans and programs relating to national defense (as defined in section 801(j) of this order), or for resources and services needed to support such plans and programs, shall:
(a) identify requirements for the full spectrum of emergencies, including essential military and civilian demand;
(b) assess on an ongoing basis the capability of the domestic industrial and technological base to satisfy requirements in peacetime and times of national emergency, specifically evaluating the availability of the most critical resource and production sources, including subcontractors and suppliers, materials, skilled labor, and professional and technical personnel;
(c) be prepared, in the event of a potential threat to the security of the United States, to take actions necessary to ensure the availability of adequate resources and production capability, including services and critical technology, for national defense requirements;
(d) improve the efficiency and responsiveness of the domestic industrial base to support national defense requirements; and
(e) foster cooperation between the defense and commercial sectors for research and development and for acquisition of materials, services, components, and equipment to enhance industrial base efficiency and responsiveness.
Again, this is almost identical to EO 12919 from 18 years earlier. Note what this EO specifically orders: identify, assess, be prepared, improve, foster cooperation. None of these items claim authority to seize private property and place them at the personal disposal of Obama. What follows after Section 103 are the directives for implementing these rather analytical tasks, mostly in the form of explicit delegations of presidential authority to Cabinet members and others in the executive branch.....................>>>>....................>>>>......................http://hotair.com/archives/201.....ower-grab-or-update/
