The resident board cheerleader should be shaking his pom poms, "RAH RAH RAH!  Cheers for spending money downtown.   Cheers for spending money to narrow Erie Blvd!!!" (uh, that's to make it APPEAR that traffic has increased)

Shake those pom poms cheerleader for there were two stabbings and a big brawl in a NEIGHBORHOOD, you know, those places in the city where live and pay the almost the highest taxes in the country while their property values are plummeting!      You know, that city where you REFUSE to move into!

Ah, two people stabbed yesterday.

And the news just reported there was ANOTHER stabbing in that same NEIGHBORHOOOD this morning!!!!!!!!

Yep, just wonderful.

Keep shaking those pom poms, keep cheering for spending all this money on downtown.

Yep, after well in excess of $100 MILLION on downtown already, and exempting those rich downtown owners from ever paying property taxes, and then spend millions more to make Erie Blvd APPEAR to have lots of traffic, just keep ignoring the neighborhoods.   That will really help property values increase, huh?   Yep, that will really make taxes (on the HOMEOWNERS) do down, huh?

There IS no crime or issues. Move along or get a billy club over the head. This is a renaissance.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

They were arguing over whether it was a true renaissance, or just a cultural resurgence accompanied by unprecedented economic prosperity.

GFY...... once MORE -- the nayboobs LIE.

If we, who have a different opinion than you, are the nayboobs and you say we lie, please tell us what the lies are that we tell

We state that the taxes in the city are going higher and higher.   Is that a lie?
We state that the propety values are plummeting.   Is that a lie?
We state that the milionaires downtown have mostly 100% tax exemptions with no end date---which means the homeowners have to make up the differnece.   Is that a lie?
We state that people are fleeing the city as evidence by record numbers of houses for sale.   Is that a lie?
we state that no one wants to come into the city to buy a house - as evidenced by otherwise nice homes sitting on the market -- UNSOLD -- for one, two years.   Is that a lie?
We have stated that the city dems have substantially increased the fees in the city.   Is that a lie?
We have stated that the dems have insituted a new fee - i.e., the trash fee -- thus homeonwers are paying TWICE for trash pick up, i.e., the funding for the trash dept comes from BOTH the property tax AND the trash fee.   Is that a lie?

The previous republican mayor proposed a trash fee in about 1999 and the 100% dem council said unanimously "NO WAY" to a trash fee.  The dems said in no uncertain terms "there will be NO TRASH FEE in the city."   Then a dem mayor came in and he proposed the same thing that his predecessor proposed, he proposed a trash fee and his 100% dem council unanimously said YES.   And the dems said the trash fee would be the saving grace for the city.   Is that a lie?

The dems not only added this trash fee, i.e.,  "second tax," to the cost of trash pick-up, but they have also INCREASED it TWICE.   Is that a lie?

The city you claim is in this renaissance that even the highest paid city employees, and the top execs--the department heads, REFUSE to live in the city  Is that a lie?

The highest paid employees---who propose the budgets that raise taxes on the financially struggling homeowners---have no problem proposing the fat budgets because they know they will not have to pay the taxes by virtue of choosing to live outside the city.   Is that a lie?

Well, Ham?????    Tell us.   Are thse above statements all lies?    If you claim they are lies, I trust you WILL produce the EVIDENCE that they are lies??????

Still, ham, you have NOT ONCE, provided even one teeny weendy shred of EVIDENCE of the statements you make.....NO PROOF WHATSOEVER do you provide!!!!!!

.
