The nayboobs are just screeching like mad monkeys in the attic -- where no one can hear them.....   The renaissance IS moving forward and the Democratic Party HAS saved the City that we care about.

Really????

Tell us what has happened to the TAXABLE tax base in the city
Tell us what has happened to the property values in the city.
Tell us what has happened to the tax BILLS of the financially struggling homeowners.
Tell us WHO is paying the taxes of all the downtown millionaires.
Tell us what has happened to the FEES imposed on the homeonwers in the city.
Tell us what has happened to the the number of vacant houses in the city
Tell us what how houses are selling in the city?

Just a few things you can answer.     And when you answer, provide the EVIDENCE !!!!!!!!!

Of course, we know you will just spew your nonsence babble or respond with the "GFY" answer which you always use when you are caught in your lies.

The worst ones are from Asia that bump into you while they stare up at all the big buildings.
And the Hawaiians! Don't get me going on the Hawaiians! How many souvenirs do those people need?

Many of the Europeans irk me as well, as on the strength of the Euro, they come here to stock up on high end consumer goods at our many second hand stores and thrift shops.

....and now that the Democratic "Working Together Works" TEAM has been hitting grand slams and are actually improving the City-County of Schenectady ..

Quoted from mikechristine1

Really?

Show us the EVIDENCE, DV.....SHOW US THE EVIDENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!    Oh, you won't produce any evidence, because there is none.

And you know that we on these boards who state the opposite, we are the intelligent ones, and we have produced the evidence - prooof POSITIVE of the statements we make.

Tell us, DV, what grand slam was hit with the TAXABLE tax base in the city????
Tell us, DV, what grand slam was hit with the property values in the city????
Tell us, DV, what grand slam was hit with lowering taxes on the financially struggling homeowners????
Tell us, DV, what grand slam was hit with the dems getting the high paid city employees to move INTO the city ?????
Tell us, DV, what grand slam was hit with the TAXABLE tax base in the city????
Tell us, DV, what grand slam was hit with ability for homeowners to sell their houses in the city (not simply to flee the city, but when a homeonwer's job is transferred, when the homeowner dies and the executor needs to sell it, etc. etc) ?????
Tell us, DV, what grand slam was hit with outsider buying homes IN the city ????
Tell us, DV, what grand slam was hit with the taxpayer paid CEO of Proctors FLEEING THE CITY so fast that he stuck the rest of the homeonwers with paying for his illegal STAR exemption????
Why did Morris flee the city?

Obviously DV doesn't have a clue how baseball his played because a grand slam is an occurrence that is great.

DV makes statements that the city is "great" but REFUSES TO PROVIDE ONE SHRED OF EVIDENCE TO PROVE IT!!!!    And he avoids any challenge to explain how plummeting property values are good, how increasing taxes are good, etc.

Still can't provide answers to the questions asked.   Just spewed nonsense babble for a response.

Schenectady is starting its RENAISSANCE -- but it does need more retail -- but it also needs more people (of all income levels) living Downtown as well.    Metroplex has made a big difference .. turning Downtown Schenectady around from the horrible, ghost-town it was 10 years ago.    And over the next decade, we will see continued progress and growth and RENAISSANCE.

"Starting"  it's renaissance?   What has been done during the 8 years of the BS mayor and the savage woman?

This renaissance you claim, but your REFUSAL to invest in this alleged renaissance and move INTO this "renaissance city" proves you know full well that moving into the city is a guarantee of personal financial ruin.

And the "it needs more retail," well, you have noticed, haven't you, that the retail places that people flock to shop at, those well like businesses won't even come to the city - not even with handouts from the taxpayers, obviously these businesses know that even with taxpayer handouts a move to Schenectady is pretty much guarantee of huge financial losses.

Don't fret McMayor and Death Ray have been talking to NATIONAL RETAILERS! When's that national bookstore coming to lower State Street? ROTFLMAO! This is how bad lower State St is even the model train business has shut. Right across the street from Olender Mattress that closed after 108 years due to "renaissance". The DEM morons keep lying while more homes go into foreclosure and more business go belly up.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

Schenectady's biggest shopping attractions are it's street vendors.
