North Dakota House To Vote On Personhood Bill Banning
All Abortion, Even After Rape

North Dakota Republicans have declared an all out war on women this legislative session.
Not content with a bill that would ban abortion after six weeks which now goes to the
Governor’s desk, state Republicans now seek to send a measure to the Governor that
would ban abortion entirely in the most extreme way possible.

I find this less offensive then gun grabbing.

It will actually save lives.

Gun grabbing will add to the death tolls while incrementally trampling liberty.

Congratulations on making the left a minority again with your gun grab schemes.

In addition to passing some of the most restrictive abortion laws in the nation so far this year,
Republican lawmakers in North Dakota, Arkansas and Texas are now pushing bills that would
defund comprehensive sex education programs for at-risk teenagers.

The North Dakota legislature is currently considering an amendment to an anti-abortion bill that
would effectively block a $1.2 million federal grant for a sex education program for teens who
are homeless or in foster programs.

Anti-abortion law orders doctors to lie to their patients

Legislators in Kansas’ Republican-led state House and Senate passed a draconian anti-abortion
bill Friday night, including provisions that order physicians to tell their pregnant patients that
breast cancer is a risk of abortion,
a claim that has been thoroughly debunked.

The bill now heads to the desk of Republican Governor Sam Brownback, who is expected to sign
it into law. The new restrictions are expected to be in place by July 1.

Missouri Republicans are once again attacking women’s health.
The GOP controlled state Senate passed a bill on Thursday that would give pharmacies
the option to refuse to stock drugs such as contraception. Pharmacies could also refuse to keep
emergency contraception in stock.

The Senate approved SB 126 by a vote of 24-9 and it now heads to the Missouri House where
Republicans are also in control.

If the bill were to become law, pharmacies across the state would be able to keep all forms
of contraception off the shelves; meaning, even if a woman has a prescription from her doctor,
a pharmacy could make the final decision regarding her health.

Why would any woman in her right mind ever vote for one of these @ssholes?

So a family run pharmacy HAS to stock certain products or the giant jackboot of HERR BOX wants to crush it like a small kitten under its hobnail sole? Interesting. Should they be mandated to stock certain magazines, beverages or anti-persperants as well, or is this not America anymore and is there no freedom of choice?

I thought "choice" was the what it is all about? Or doesn't 12th grade logic work that way? Underdeveloped mentally much?

Can't the woman choose where she shops? Or is freedom only a one-way street?

I thought you were pro choice.

Pharmacies have every right to not assist in things they believe are morally wrong.

The state doesn't decide what products a business must sell.

You are being ridiculous.

States Proposed An Astonishing 694 Provisions About Reproduction

In the first quarter of 2013, states have proposed 694 provisions related to a woman’s body,
how she gets pregnant, or how she chooses to end that pregnancy.

A new report released on Thursday by the Guttmacher Institute takes a comprehensive look at
how the War on Women has continued past the election cycle and into 2013.
It shows that the new legislatures across the country are still very much dedicated to restricting
sex education, availability of medication, and abortion access for women. Indeed, 47 percent of
the 694 provisions were directly related to abortion.

Arkansas GOP Votes To Kill Sex Ed
In State With Highest Teen Pregnancy Rate

Quoted Text
The GOP-controlled Legislature in Arkansas, a state notorious for having the highest
rate of teen pregnancies in the country, recently decided that it doesn’t have quite enough
"maternity prom dress stores" by passing a bill that defunds Planned Parenthood and kills a
comprehensive sex education program in the state’s public high schools.
