A Tale of Two Catholics
Both believe that life begins at conception, but much of America doesn't hold that view.  Biden refuses to
impose his religion on other Americans. (separation of church & state)

Ryan will force his religious views on the rest of America. (Ryan's Theocracy, similar to Sharia Law, dictates
Ryan's religious laws as civil law on all Americans.)

If much of America doesn't hold that view, then a Constitutional Amendment guaranteeing rights to abortion should be the Constitutional solution.

BTW...There goes box with the "separation of Church and State" cliché that he regurgitates and that means absolutely nothing, having no constitutional relevance.  Now the establishment of a religion on the other hand is clearly defined in the Constitution. But saying that a representative must leave their moral and religious beliefs at the door is a complete lie.  That's like saying a scientist has to leave his belief in science at the door when voting on legislation.  The church and state thing is such a bullshit argument.

Cic believes in "freedom of religion", (to worship as you choose ,but not "freedom from religion"
(where Americans are FREE from the laws and restrictions of others religion).

Catholics used to consider it a 'sin' to eat meat on Friday... Can you imagine if the Catholics among us tried
to push their "meatless Friday's" law on the rest of our population??? Ridiculous!  They seem to have no
problem enslaving the rest of society with their view on abortion.

The Right has this fear of Muslim Sharia law being imposed on Americans but condone a different variety of
Religious Law as if it were a good thing.

Separation of Church and State... You are free to worship or not, and cannot be forced to abide by
religious laws.  It's guaranteed in the First Amendment to Cicero's CONSTITUTION.

So the 1st amendment is guaranteed to everybody exept those running for office?  Interesting interpretation of the Constitution.

You have yet to explain prayer before congressional sessions.

Of course not.  Every American can decide for himself what religion to worship... but politicians cannot
select which religious laws they want us to observe... Separation of Church and State as guaranteed
rights in the first amendment.

Traitor Joe Biden believes it is perfectly OK for China to impose its  One Child Policy which leads to literally millions of abortions and even to infanticide.   Most of the unborn and infants killed by this policy are female since Chinese couples want so much to have a son and females in general are considered second class citizens.

I must have missed this part in my public school education.  I never read anywhere in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights where "religious law"(whatever that means) was forbidden.  Sharia law forbids incest, better take that "religious law" off the books.  Don't wanna force people to abide by these religious laws, especially that SHARIA LAW.  As box has articulated, religious laws have no business being FORCED onto people.

Better get those religious laws about murder and robbery off the books.
Thou shalt not kill.
Thou shalt not steal

Box has trouble distinguishing between forced WORSHIP of a religion and social laws based on a religious philosophy.

Box is a typical religiphobe.

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THE CONSTITUTION that forbids a Church or its members from attempting to get laws passed which conform to their moral principles.

The 1st Amendment provides for Freedom OF Religion for individual citizens and the Freedom OF Assembly  and the Freedom OF Speech ...  NOWHERE does it say that churches or those who believe have to keep their views quiet and out of the political discussion.   ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE DOES IT SAY THAT IN THE CONSTITUTION.

You seem to have no problem advocating for the mass murder of a million unborn children every year -- and then have the nerve to say that the Catholic Church wants to enslave people.  To put it quite plainly your argument is not only b.s. .... it is the type of thinking that led millions of Germans to silently watch and their government led 6 million Jews, Poles and others to death in the concentration camps.

Furthermore, any politician -- including prominent local Catholic ones -- who believe they must separate their private beliefs from their public beliefs are trying to fool themselves and/or fool the voters into thinking that murder of the unborn is OK.

Again with the unborn children???  Is that like a un pregnant woman??? Or the UnDead???
Exactly what is an "unborn child"?
To be a child you must first be born, an unborn child is a contradiction of terms.

Some dramatic Anti Choice fanatics call anything after conception a "CHILD".  Obviously it's no more than
a barely recognizable clump of cells... but those fanatics falsely name it a "CHILD" just for dramatic
effect.

Here is one of the fanatics "unborn child"....

I know, I know, it's actually a human zygote... but there are some on this board who consider this clump
of cells to be a human person... We'll call this zygote Bob!  (Bob is much better than Paul Ryan's name for
a zygote... "BEAN"? )

More than half of Bob's cousins... other zygotes... die before they ever get much past this stage. I wonder if
Bob has a Social Security Number yet... NO.  SS numbers are only for PEOPLE, not the unborn or for zygotes.
Can Bob's mom & dad claim Bob on their income tax as a deduction?  They CAN claim a child... but of course
Bob is not a child, born or other wise... he's a few days old zygote, not a person.

I wonder how the fanatics view this "UN-BOARD"?

Or this "UN-CHICKEN"?

Or this "UN-CAR"?

Their imagination seems to be UN-BELIEVEABLE!

It sounds like DVOR is advocating for Sharia Law (Islamic Law) as the accepted law of our land.  Or could it
be that DVOR only recognizes "SOME RELIGIONS" in their right to pass off their religious doctrine as US Law?

There are many examples of when pregnant women have been murdered or assaulted that the perp has been indicted and convicted of murder or manslaughter or assault of BOTH the woman and the unborn child.  So in those instances the law recognizes that the unborn child is a human with rights that have been violated.

For Box to even ask the question, "what is an unborn child?"  shows the COMPLETE IGNORANCE or the INTENT TO MISLEAD AND DECEIVE of many on the Pro-Choice side of the issue.   This is the same type of ignorance or intentional tactic taken by those who justified Slavery and those who justified the Holocaust and those who justify all sorts of atrocities against other human beings that they deem "less than human".

As for the Sharia Law comment, that is just a scare tactic or some feeble attempt to try to paint Pro-Lifers as terrorists or to try to  catch a Pro-Lifer into saying that Muslims don't have the same constitutional rights as other Americans have.   The FACT is that religion and the moral beliefs of groups of individuals  HAS INFLUENCED legislation in this country from the very beginning and will ALWAYS influence legislation in this country.   The Pro-Death forces have imposed their moral beliefs on our nation since Roe vs. Wade and the Pro-Life forces have been and will continue to work to overturn that.    And that is perfectly justified within the Constitution of the United States of America.

Muslim Americans have absolutely the same Constitutional Rights as every other American.  They also have the same responsibilities and limitations as ever other American under the law.   Most people are well aware that some extreme religious practices have been limited by law (polygamy for example) -- but the fact is that basic commonly accepted Jewish, Christian, Native American, Hindu and -yes- even Muslim moral thought has been woven into our nation's laws.   Muslims, Christians, Jews, Hindis, Native Americans all believe that stealing is wrong -- and lo and behold America has laws against stealing.  So a religious/moral belief can be codified into law.    And -yet -  you don't see the Pro-Deathers objecting to the laws against stealing ??????????
