Schenectady's Finest once again prove why they are such a valuable asset to our community by quickly apprehending the crook and solving the case.

Tell us how fine, and what a valuable asset they are when one of Schenectady's finest was at the bowling alley in Scotia instead of patroling the streets of the city.

Tell us DV.

Tell us how fine, what a valluable asset the guy was that was spending four hours of his shift one morning a week parking his the police car in a driveway and he was, who knows, sleeping, maybe some morning delight, regardless.

Tell us DV how valuable an asset he was.

Tell us how fine, what a valuable asset the cop was who was at the doctor's office on the taxpayer dime instead of doing the police work that he was getting paid to do.

Tell us DV.

Tell us about how fine, what a valuable asset the drug dealing cops are.

Tell us DV.

Nope, DV will NOT address these.   He cheers for good stories but REFUSES to acknowledge all the bad in the past few years.

The Schenectady Police did their job -- quickly and well.   They are the first to get insulted and attacked (by the nayboobs) if anything goes wrong   and - it seems - to get insulted and attacked (by the nayboobs) when they do well, too.

This story just proves one thing, even more of the criminals don't want to go down into the city, and are spreading their wings coming towards the town of Rotterdam.

They don't need to get insulted at all, they get enough bad press by just being themselves...
From drunken tirades to
larcenies to
A chief who enters a member/guest Golf tourney at a local country club while out on disability for a bad back
to
the same ex-chief getting busted on drug charges...

If it wasn't true, you could never believe the same police department could have as many buffoons.

That is OLD NEWS -- over 10 YEARS OLD NEWS  --  the bad apples are gone -- and if you don't know that you are more out of touch with reality than I first believed.

Talk about out of touch...
The city had two officers arrested in the FIRST week of 2011
https://www.dailygazette.com/news/2011/jan/11/0111_coparrest/
and another one in March 2011
http://www.news10.com/Global/story.asp?S=14308989
and ANOTHER city officer was arrested in November 2011 for DWI
http://capitalregion.ynn.com/c.....nt-charged-with-dwi/

I can understand since you don't hold a job or pay property taxes, you might slip on the difference between 2011 and 2001, but now you know.

You specifically mentioned incidents that happened 10 years ago -- you know it.  You folks are always quick to attack others .. especially the police who overall are a great bunch of persons doing a difficult and dangerous job -- and doing it well.

My bet is that you and the other nayboobs  couldn't even pass the IQ test to move traffic cones on in an empty parking lot -- and you'd probably wet yourself the first time a chipmunk or squirrel startled you.  You folks couldn't handle the job of being a police officer or holding a public office ... but you sure do shoot off your mouth and blow a lot of hot air.
