They didn't say, but I wouldn't rule it out.
How many cabs do you know of that would sit and wait for you, without leaving a good sized cash deposit, which people robbing for drug money aren't prone to doing?

Soooo.....tell us about how valuable an asset they are in apprehending those who stole from Proctors---- you know,  that so called "not-for-profit" that collects profits, does NOT in any way provide services to the poor, does NOT provide in any way servics to the taxpayers, yet provides it's CEO with one of the hugest fat salaries---funded by the the taxes of the financially struggling homeowners who pay almost the highest taxes in the whole USA--one of the highest fat salaries of any CEO of an NFP in the whole state of NY!!!!!!!!!!

Of course, if it's an entitity funded by stealing from the taxpayers, and it get's robbed, DV then REFUSES to addrss the lack of result by the police!!!!!!

Well?????

Well??????

Well DV??????     How come Schenectady's finest---the so called "valuable asset" has not solved the theft of the taxpayers money???????????    Huh??????    Well????

Tell us why that has not been solved.    Tell us how much time is devoted to the investigation of the theft of taxpayer money.
