SCHENECTADY — Three people were hospitalized and one person was unaccounted for after fire swept through a three-story home late Wednesday on State Street.
The identities and the extent of the injuries suffered by the fire victims were not immediately known. SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The body of a 78-year-old man has been found after a Schenectady house fire on Wednesday evening.
The man who lived in the apartment was found Thursday afternoon. Fire crews searched through debris for his body after he was unaccounted for. NEWS10 ABC has learned that the man went around knocking on doors trying to alert people of the fire.
