heh...he can say whatever he wants...I've got it on very good confidence that everything is advancing as planned. Just slowly, as all things in foreclosure do. And as much as I'd love to bag on the county, I can't even blame them for this clusterf&ck...Between the bank and the charter school, this is just a tangled mess to unravel.

I am not blaming anyone -- and I am correct in saying that it is in a "waiting process" as the various issues are finally being  resolved ...   and I am correct in saying that once the issues are worked out then the next big step will be for the veterans to submit a formal plan.  It could be next month -- or sometime this spring --- but I am optimistic that it is as you say "advancing as planned" -- and the key word is advancing.

Really?  Your first post stated the bank issue had been settled....not that they are "being resolved" or that "once issues are worked out"..........!

My understanding was that the big hold up was clarifying the ownership status -- so that the bank could transfer a clear title to the property.  My understanding is that that was very recently settled.  My guess is that the ball is now in the Veteran's court to acquire formal title to the property and come up with a formal plan, seek approvals, etc . etc.

First of all, there was nothing foul mouthed about my statement to you about your comments.
Second, I was not lying or trying to make an issue, but pointing out that your statements contradicted your last position and statement that you were correct.
So I repeat your statements below that refute above comments that put the ball in the Veteran's court....clearly they are not holding up anything, if your statements are correct, then they cannot take ownership yet because the financial institute/government/legal machine have not completed their responsibilites in order to transfer title. You previously indicated all that was completed and that "...ball is now in the Veteran's court...".  So it appears your comments may have been incorrect or your information source was incorrect.

Back to the topic of the thread -- JoeBxr is playing the Nayboob blame game AGAIN while failing to completely comprehend what is being said.....  and furthermore YOU are intentionally trying to make an issue when there is no issue -- which you do CONSISTENTLY as a matter of fact -- I indeed stated we were waiting for the various legal issues  to be sorted through and the very next thing we were waiting on was for THE VETERANS to completely submit a PLAN..... At THAT stage the process WILL satisfactorily move FORWARD whether you want it to or NOT.
