DUH...YOU JUST DID !!!!

ROFLMAO

You took the words out of my mouth!!!!

DV won't answer, discuss, write about, etc when he is unable to provide examples, provide proof, etc of the things he writes.   He can write a personal opinion, but 99.99% of the time he cannot provide support of his opinions with proof.

When he gets backed into a corner so to speak, he responds with obscenities, yawns, and sentences with his buzz words such as ilk, nayboobs, etc.

I can be very civil in asking a question of him.   I could say, "DV, could you please elaborate on how the homeowners city & county tax bills have improved as a result of the work downtown?"  -- you know, ask in a very nice way, and STILL he would not provide an answer other than the usual "crap."

Very simple....GOOGLE can't provide answer to the question!

Downtown Schenectady has made a remarkable comeback in the past decade.  It was a ghost town back then -- empty store fronts and no signs of hope.

Today, businesses and offices are moving into the store fronts.   New buildings have been built and new projects have been broken ground for and still more exciting, new projects are 'just around the corner".

THE RENAISSANCE GOES ON ... AND ON ... AND ON  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are correct DV Schenectady has taxpayer funded Proctors and all the bars and eateries that are operating tax free and also paid by the taxpayer to do business in the city. The problem is that there's no tax relief for the residents and no end in sight for the high taxes and the vacant houses.

The first 8 years of Democratic leadership has brought tremendous improvements to Schenectady County --- the next 8 years of Democratic leadership will bring even more improvements.

The Renaissance goes on and on ....

More improvements?   yeah, paid for with tax money.

Now DV, PLEASE explain WHY developers, business people, and millionaires should not spend their own money to fund their businesses????

Explain to us WHY.   WHY should financially strugglig homeowners, families in the city with incomes of only $30,000 a year should have their taxes increased to fund businesses for millionaires???????

Again, explain WHY the poor must fund the rich?    Can you explain that????????    Can you?

You are an alleged Roman Catholic, a parishoner of St. Adalberts.   DV, does Jesus support making the poor pay the taxes for the rich?   Does He?

800 vacant houses can't be wrong. Thank You DEM morons!  Drive down the high dreck corridor on Erie Blyd or lower State and tells us about renaissance. No national retailers, no new stores, dozens of empty buildings now including Olender's which is right next door to Gillen's Gulch. But don't fret. The improved park by the bus terminal will make it seem alright.

WHY do you say that???????

Is plummeting property values indicative of a renaissance?   is it???????

When private businesses cannot survive without the taxpayers paying their bills via tax dollars, how is that indicative of a renaissance??????   How hamburg?   Pleease explain?

Is taxpayers losing their homes indicative of a renaissance.

Hamburg aka DV......you  NEVER answer these questions.   WHy not?   Be a real man and answer the questions with facts AND PROOF!
