So I guess seven ec devs in the world;s smallest county isn;t enuf. Commander Koetzle wants to create another one, specific to his kingdom.. Why can;t he work with the existing ones? is he too proud, too arrogant? only time will tell why he wants to reinvent the wheel

Maybe he doesn't like how the other ones are stealing money and thinks he can do better?  Maybe he's trying to do what Frank DelGallo said he was going to do... run the town like a business.
