It will be fine as long as the temperature stays below freezing. It must have been a real quality job when the stucco was put on, not.

Stucco is a finish that is popular in Mexico, California, the Southwest and of course -  the Mediterranean! What do those areas have that we do not have here? Normally in California and Mexico, there is no wind-driven rain followed by several freez-thaws in a matter of days. The climate dictates the style of building.

Stucco is not an application for humid, damp, rainy, and wet environs with 6 months of freeze-thaw cycles. It does not matter how many folks come off the boatta from Italy, the climate here will not change, nor will STUCCO EVER BE THE PROPER EXTERIOR FINISH for a building. But don't tell the local breed of engineers and architects that, they are a stubborn bunch.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."
