Looked up the owners of the house pictured in the article. He owns 3 houses all with assessed values lower than he paid for them in 2005 through 2007. The house pictured is assessed at $110,000 with an asking price of $129,000. I dont know about any of you but I wish I could sell my houses for my assessed value.

SCHENECTADY — A person was robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot across from the emergency entrance at Ellis Medicine's McClellan Street campus, according to a city police spokesman.
The victim was not hurt during the hold-up, which occurred shortly before noon at the former St. Clare's Hospital, said Lt. Mark McCracken. He said the bandit flashed a gun and then snatched the victim's wallet, drugs, a prescription order and cash before hopping into a white Nissan Maxima and speeding away. The investigation is ongoing.
