The Senate has purposely convened every 3 days to prevent the recess appointments by the President. The Senate must not be in session for 3 days in order for the President to make a recess appointment and by an agreement between the Dems and GWB they agreed to honor that arrangement and Obama went back on his own parties agreement. During the Clinton administration there was a court ruling saying that 3 days was the minimum number of days for the Senate to be out b4 a recess appointment can be made.

Remember when the Senate would either vote yes or no on appointments?... They opted not to vote either way,
so now they won't have to vote at all.

Another promise broken by Obama, you know the one where he was going to unite the country and work with the opposition. No good will come of this decision because the Reps in the house will cut off the funding for anything Obama wants to do from now until after the election and tie every bill up in the Congress. That's exactly what Obama wants so he can demonize the Reps because he sure can't run on his record.

But obama DOES have a record to run on! One that fits in with the globalist socialist fascist statist agenda. And there are obviously folks that prefer that choice of governing. So if the majority of americans support a globalistic, socialistic fascist statist government......obama will be a 2 term president.

Or ya can vote for the laughable GOP candidates and just move this globalist agenda along slower.

Or ya can vote for Ron Paul if you are not happy with both!!
