Now more than ever is the time for peace, joy and understanding in the world, not because it's Christmas though that emotion plays into it, but because the world is in such chaos and turmoil that the one factor that connects us all has been lost. We are all God's children. Whether you believe in Christ, Mohammed, Buddha Yahwe or nothing at all we are all descended from one another.


According to Kevin Bacon's six degrees of separation we are all related. We are each others brother and sister. Not in the biblical sense but in the humanitarian sense. We are losing the ability to treat each other with dignity and respect. We have become so territorial and defensive that we forgot why we are here in the first place. To help each other grow and prosper. We have seen enough turmoil and strife in our history and lifetime. It's time to look deep into our souls to find a way out of this quagmire. We can wait no longer. The time is now. So if I wish you a Merry Christmas do not be offended. It is out of love and respect that I do so. I know of no other way. I am also wishing you a Happy Chanukah, Happy Kwansa, Happy New Year and so much more. I do this out of respect for you and myself.
