It is such a nice ride "over the river and through the woods" to Route 9 and Saratoga Sweets. And the owners are so courteous and respectful to their customers.
I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU RIDE YOUR BIG WHEEL ALL THAT WAY....ESPECIALLY IN WINTER! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOUR BIG WHEEL IS LOAD RATED FOR YOU EITHER! |

I just checked Uncle Sam's website. Their current hours are Monday- Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 11am-6pm. It also states that there are extended hours during the holidays. Does anybody know what their hours will be for this week? I may be able to get there later in the day towards the end of this week, but there are some things that I will hurry from work, driving past other chocolatiers in order to get to Uncle Sam's and help to support a locally owned business in the city and county of Schenectady. And are those chocolate tophats the same as turtles? |

8am until 8pm so I am told. However, it is not uncommon for them to keep waiting on the customers as they come in well after 8pm, or to stay late if a customer calls and is on the way and can't make it by closing time. They won't shut the door in your face at 8pm(unless you are DVOR and are on fire) so I am told. |

besides - the owners of Saratoga Sweets are very courteous and polite to their customers.
And that is PRECISELY why people flock to Uncle Sams in droves....year after year after year after year after year, etc, from ALL OVER the northeast and beyond. If Uncle Sames did not provide such great customer service with couresy and politeness, they wouldn't stay in business. Get over it DV, YOU are in the minority of ONE. Of course, you never provide any proof to support your comments, therefore you have no credibility. A lack of credibility is indicative of a liar. Therefore, the alleged story must be a lie because you have PROVEN yourself a liar becaue you NEVER provide proof of the things you say |

The nice thing about living in a free country is that people can choose to support the businesses that they choose. When I purchase candy treats for family and friends, I prefer to purchase from the ABSOLUTE FINEST establishments --- that means Saratoga Sweets and Krause's.
I couldn't care less where the boorish nayboobs make their purchases. |

Loser. You need a Renaissance for your face, body, wardrobe and brain. Get a life and contribute to fixing these problems. Either you are McCarthy or you are the dumbest person on earth...or both... |
