How much came out of McCarthy's pocket?  Just attorneys fees?

They do most of their news by only checking with the democrap side anyway. They figure that the motives on that side of the aisle are more like theirs.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

$40,000 for attack ads and "another bill coming"-lol. It's a month later-what's the bill? That amount is staggering and the Gazetto just doesn't want to report it. According to their cartoonist {before the election} both sides were throwing mud.

Any person - even a nayboob -  can find the information on the State Board of Elections website.  The attempts by the nayboobs  to lie and accuse the Daily Gazette of not reporting the facts fairly are just another example of the boorish behavior of that bunch of ignorant thugs.

The NNTP/Alliance/Tea-Party Republican'ts think that they can just throw money at an election and win it -- or that they can make up a pack of lies and everyone will just believe them.   Thank God - that the decent, thinking people of Schenectady saw through the lies and deception of the NNTP/Alliance/Tea-Party Republican'ts and voted for Mayor McCarthy and the Democratic team.

Then why didn't the reporter do it? Now quoting the reporter is boorish behavior. Hull raised much more money, ran a cleaner campaign and the 16 year veteran couldn't get half the vote counting the write in votes. Next election contrast educational and private sector experience.

Don't worry -- in 4 years -- I'll make sure that Mayor McCarthy has TWICE as much money as his opponent.

He can't run again-never win the primary. Getting back to State Election filings-you mean like Petta, Brucker and Hughes filled? Hadn't bothered to file ever until the Times Union caught them. Then they blame the campaign manager. They do want they want, when they want to because they know the Gazetto is in the bag.

There is no legal impediment for him running again.  I highly doubt that there will be primary.

City DEM Chairman Dick Naylor said DEMS must "address" high taxes. Not cut record taxes-ADDRESS them. Translation: More double talk and mumbo jumbo about non profits not paying their fair share. More nit wit comparison to Westchester County which has 10X the disposable income. "Schenectady DEMS understand the importance of record taxes" and Dick Naylor proves once again that he is past it.

Tell the Gazetto they're a Nayboob then - they didn't check the site, they made a guess.

The Nayboobs are too stupid to do the homework and find out how much was spent. It was fortunate that the decent people saw through the lies and falsehoods that the Nayboobs told and were able to make a correct decision for the Mayorality.. Sadly enough they fell for Mr. Riggi's tall-tales and pulled his lever -- but to some degree I believe many voters made mistake due to the configuration of the ballot.

Had the ballot been prepared differently --my sources tell me that Mr. Riggi would have been soundly kicked in the behind by the voters.

Configured differently? lol. Vince Riggi won with only 2 lines. This has changed the dynamic. Alliance Party got more votes than CONS/IND/WTF COMBINED. The failure to cross endorse the beautiful Heather Dukes cost them a second seat. A terrible ruling cost Phil Tiberio a third seat. King was begging to lose and couldn't even win her own district. Now the fun begins because the DEMS have promised two different minority groups {that they need to hold power} the same Council seat. Rotsa ruck with the seeds and stems coordinator.
