My understanding is that if a place sells food -- like Stewart's does -- it must have a public restroom.  I also know that many of the Stewart's stores do NOT allow the public to use the public restroom --- but certainly if you call the corporate office they will say that every store has a public restroom.  I would not expect Stewart's to admit over the phone that they are technically breaking the law.

Well maybe McCarthy should create a No Shhiter commision and FINE them all.  Good way to pad, i mean close the budget.  Stupid law anyways.  Maybe the food carts should be required to pull around a PortoJohn.  Or cameras in the Stewarts bathrooms to make sure they are complying.  DVR could be the new Shhitter Commisioner.  Give them an $800,000 budget like the Code Enforcement group.

DVR, you shouldnt worry anyways since you'll be wearing the "Adult" diapers soon anyways.  

The last post by "takingitback" proves that the nayboobs can't have an intelligent discussion -- they continuously launch personal attacks and then cry when someone stands up to their schoolyard bully tactics.

It's a dumb law.  And if it is a law then why aren't your praised city folks enforcing it?

BRAIN FREEZE FOLKS....was really there a few years back.....it was clean and rest rooms were available.....

food wasn't too bad.....Nott Terrace HS ...was on that spot......brings back a lot of good memories...that's probably why the brain \

freeze......forgive a not so perfect blogger....and you think you are.....

Brain freeze hits me all the time, always room for a few sprinkles to make it ok, but didn't ya know, I am perfect. The universe revolves around me.  

Had the opportunity the stop for lunch at the new Denny's on Nott Terrace.  It really has been fixed up nicely and the restrooms are clean.

The manager and waitress were extremely friendly and helpful.  I just had garden salad and a half a piece of garlic bread -- the others in our group ordered a variety of items and all said that they really enjoyed their meals.

I personally believe that 'most' folks are inherently good and decent. Municipalities will reflect their population. It appears that the city of schenectady has mostly 'scum' and the good and decent folks are in the minority.

The people of the city should take note of what John Mertz (Bumblethru) thinks of them.  Most people in Rotterdam have a much lower opinion of him.

Now BT   what was that comment???   ignore...OK....but everything that spews from his mouth is like (hate to day it) "vomit"..


and I couldn;t help myself to respond.....upsets me but not the victim or intimidated one bit....
