Oh yeah, they are begging to be of assistance.
no kidding....I worked at walmart and other retail stores for short stints in the past....it's a joke....they dont train you be servicable....why?....they know you will come back to be treated like sh!t because of the cost of goods there.... I work in a specialized service industry(nursing) and folks DONT have a clue as to what it is....they still think nurses are chambermaids....and some of the folks I have to service are arrogant pr**k idiots who keep insisting "I pay this" "I am educated" blah blah blah......just plain crazy folk....and those are the one's I dont take care of....I take care of their family members..NOT them... anyhow, we get 'service training' frequently.....even if the person is 'unloading' on you, just smile bite your tongue swear in your head and hate 'em....they still stay because it's still like walmart....what else would they do? they dont go anywhere else....they are trapped like rats just like those who shop at walmart...... the sad part is that we CAN say no and do it ourselves but, because of our desire to be served we stay...... a whole generation trained to be servants....this next generation wont do it....why?....because it truly sucks and we couldn't afford that kind of service that a company has to invest into it's workforce |
