About the only thing that the current Supervisor accomplished was lowering his own tax assessment and letting his friends get away with running an illegal race track for 2 years.

Guess if you're not on board with the Metroplex funding of for-profit, private businesses - then you're not 'working together'.

Schenectady/Rotterdam and all of the County has to get on board and:

1) Make sure businesses which are here DON'T LEAVE!
2) Bring in businesses WITHOUT BRIBES with taxpayers money
3) Stop PILOTS and tax-exemptions for every connected Plex player

The County has enough socialism with the all-too-generous welfare handouts. In addition, to use taxpayers money to fund private businesses creates an unbalanced economic environment (competition ceases to exist)  and cannot be placed on the taxpayers shoulders anymore. $40 per every $1,000 assessed value is triple the norm.

Where are the luxury condos Downtown? lol The two apartments took over a year to rent out and then Angelo took them. These idiots don't even propose them anymore because every project has gone belly up. No one wants condos with the insane DEM clown posse. They should open a pit bull accessory store Downtown-something the idiot Mcvoters can patronize.

Amazing how he stays on message.

DV you had better do a fact check on what you just posted because there are a lot of errors in it.

The sewer lines are already under the thruway.
The rotterdam local developers were proposing to run the sewer lines down burdeck/rt 7.
They would turn them over to the town of rotterdam after 10 years.
The developers refused to work with the rotterdam republicans.
.......and that's a rotterdam FACT!

You are correct Bumble. The developers couldn't reach an agreement with the TB on the details of the project.

Where are the mental defects that compare Downtowns? Saratoga didn't need to raise regressive sales taxes via Death Ray to support DEM millionaires. And they BOTH have college's Downtown. Saratoga has a REP mayor, 2 party system and is not imploding together.

Guilderland Hannaford is pretty nice. I don't get out that way much.

Of course you don't get out much -- who would want to be seen with a tired and worn old hag like you?

The sewer lines are not under the Thruway at ALL points where it was proposed.  And I don't blame the developers for refusing to work with Tomassone and Mertz --- the two had NO CLUE how to work with businesses or even with churches.   Someday, I may have to publicly play a tape of a message left by one of those two Republicans --- it will shed a lot of light on the nastiness and mean spiritedness of that administration.

Quick change topics to the town because no one wants to buy any condo in tax crazed Downtown Schenectady. Maybe Death Ray and the DEM morons can announce a tax exemption for all condos purchased in the City- lol.

why do elected officials/government have to work with churches..?.....oh yeah....THAT'S how the ROMAN Catholic Church was birthed out of blood(not Jesus blood either)......

Quoted Text
In 313, the struggles of the Early Church were lessened by the legalisation of Christianity by the Emperor Constantine I. In 380, Christianity became the state religion of the Roman Empire by the decree of the Emperor, which would persist until the fall of the Western Empire, and later, with the Eastern Roman Empire, until the Fall of Constantinople

so the elected GOVERNMENT doesn't belong there.....IT'S JUST THAT PERSONAL

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.

How are the DEM condos on Anthony St by the pollution plant doing? Ya know the one they cut 500 trees down for? lol. Keep the implosion going. Maybe if Tricky Dicky Naylor got some new glasses he could figure out where the City was going.

Actually it had to do with a large piece of property that the parish owns in Rotterdam -- and the previous administration's attempt to do two things which would have "caused significant problems".  That is all I am at liberty to say about the matter.

Elected officials should NOT be in the business of bullying/harassing churches.

There it is, more false and leading testimony against people. But he is not at liberty to say so that way they can't defend themselves. They only get to have a stain on their reputation through some innuendo about harassing a church and you can all go away thinking the target of his lie is a culprit, even though you don't really know why, and are not sure...but you have his word on it. His ghoulish word...
