It's not just the Schenectady PD.  Rotterdam does it too.  I've seen it plenty.  Speeding, not following state laws, or local.  Then, we wonder why we run a deficit when we have to pay a quarter of a million dollars of overtime per year in the town, but we need to raise taxes because they won't pull people over for doing the same things they do.  The only thing is, if they're doing it, they can't get pulled over, but why can't they pull over other people who do the same things?  It's the old "do as I say, not as I do."  The only problem is they may not even know the law.

The only time I observe anything with RPD State, Police....etc/. the first of the month.....to meet quota...

ANOTHER THING THAT IRRATATES ME...

Jefferson School zone......only a small percentage slow down to 15 mph.....Town trucks and business trucks are big offenders...

and  when one slows down to observe the LAW.....horns start a blowin' and irate drivers are in back of you.....

even the RPD doesn't slow down.......

Always been and always will be the same....and the STATION is right across the street.......
