If the state doesnt do a complete forensic accounting on this business from 2004 to present then we are in even bigger trouble than I thought.  How can they go that behind in Federal and State taxes while at the same time remaining current on the Metroplex payments. How mu busch of the Metroplex Grant and Loans money went to pay obligations on the Van Vranken Property.  How much of it went to pay the "Owners/Officers" of Cornell's.  Are they up to date on their Personal Income Taxes?????!?!?!?  Probably not.  Did Metroplex pull a credit report and background check on these owners before doing the Little Italy deal.  I dont think so.

In order to set up a payment plan, the business must show the ability.  If it is true that business is good and they always had the ability to pay but didnt then they should get nothing.  

This deal smells as bad if not worse than the Proctors one.  

The state needs to bring in forensic accountants to trace where the $100 MILLION in County taxpayer money went. Curbs. planters and funny flags. Oh yeah and recycled tree graters from the wonderful DEM idiots running DSIC. These fiscal incompetents need to be finally held accountable. Worst employment, no retail, lies about job creation. Anything the DEM morons get involved with collapses. Remember the tourism center at Gillette House? How about the new County building at Trustco HQ? ROTFLMAO!!
