No one wants to go to your mechanic.

She got her crowns adjusted.  All her typing loosened them up.  The dentist didn't have large enough pneumatics to work on that trapdoor.

Just came back from patronizing another multi-generation, family-owned business to the LONG list of multi-generation, family-owned businesses that me and my family patronize  ... great customer service.  I will recommend them to anyone who asks me face-to face to recommend a good place to get auto work done.

Had to be another restaurant you convince Aunties to take you out to.  Don't use up your inheritance all in one Buffet!

Just got back at 10pm from the mechanics. Must have been in the hood near Petta's.  Chop shop?

Inheritance is iffy.   There's no life estate.   Intelligent elderly people protect what they've worked for.  There's no protection---that's public record.

Hey, if I had an adult-age relative not working but living with me I wouldn't, wait, forget that....I wouldn't allow an adult-age relative live with me.  Well, maybe a few months at most..when your children/nephews/nieces grow to adulthood, it is time for them to move out, act their age, support themselves.   If they don't make enough money, then they need to get a second job.

And the thing is, if I'm an adult, I want my privacy so I'd NEVER want to live like a child with mama figures.

Maybe the family is dysfunctional  No man wanted to marry either of two women, and no woman wants to marry the mama's boy

Optimists close their eyes and pretend problems are non existent.
Better to have open eyes, see the truths, acknowledge the negatives, and
speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

Even Cornell's? The turkeys have come home to roost. But don't fret Petta's is eying a move Downtown. On the taxpayer nickle. That's why DVR et al burnt out his keyboard. Look for another Metrograft "plan" to screw existing Downtown business people while helping the DEM friends and family club. Let's see if the Gazetto continues to cheer this attack on their Cornell's. Got tax liens?

I think that petta's should move to Little Italy. The success of Little Italy is astounding! Cornells should be the poster child for the area....no?
But before they or anyone else makes a business move downtown.........perhaps they should check out bombers. Perhaps they might want to check out the 'repairs' that are done there on a weekly basis as a result of the 'well mannered' patrons.

Since Italian-American Club is on Hamburg, why can't we get Hamburg designated as Little Italy and get some of the businesses to move there!
Maybe we could convince Villa Italia to move back and rebuild in old Grand Union with a Restuarant attached.

The Grand Union is being considered for a new Shop Rite-unless the Town DEMS screw it up. There are actual Italian residents in the Rotterdam's Little Italy. In the immortal words of Hillary Clinton; "Little Italy's are a tool for economic revitalization!"

Shop Rite is moving in the area like a steam roller. Nisky, Albany, Colonie and next stop.....perhaps rotterdam? The old grand union in rotterdam would be a perfect location!!! Hope they choose to move in. Then Hamburg street folks can share the foot traffic from Altamont Ave.
