Seems to me that hyocrites are born everyday....this person doesn't seem to know the difference between

handing something on a silver platter....and being raised in that business since they were born...there are

other businesses in this area that are not only resturants but trade businesses that have been  family

owned for years.A successful family owned business is successful only because of the "tradition" that

makes it successful and will be fair to it's clients.....and usually these businesses have had no help

financially....they did it with hard work, dedication, and being compassionate and sensitive to people's

needs...far above those who take money from the government and receive deals and not paying their fair

share of taxes..

I support businesses who have come up the honest way.

What is happening in Little Italy is a disgrace. Millions of taxpayer dollars have been flushed by the DEM morons. When they catch a DSIC employee recycling City tree gates the DEM hack at DSIC says, "he is a hard working employee". The Gazetto prints it with no comment. BTW, what's up with the condo project that the pathetic City Council seized property for? A dangerous, corrupt, poorly administered City. When someone superior wants to run it they throw the kitchen sink at him.

I went with my parents to that candy store on Albany Street. They no longer live in the area but made sure to visit while they were here due to the quality AND the excellent service from the staff who DVOR has insulted. Why would anyone run down an excellent local business and talk up competing business outside the county? Krause's is fine, but people with civic pride usually try to stay local.

Didn't a Malozzi kid come up with ideas for some events at Central Park, which were well received? I seem to recall that, he was pretty impressive because he was only in his early twenties, if I'm remembering right. This was quite a while back.

Uncle Sam's is a local jewel. Anyone else would have left this over taxed City years ago. The owner also has to plow neighboring streets because the horrible City snow removal. Madame think the other part was about Tuesday In The Park. This was a great summer festival that Mayor Stratton stopped because he saw someone with a tattoo. Another DEM moron that gave lip service to community and never supported the parks.

I have never run down the business -- just said that my family and i will never patronize the business because the owner insulted my family members at their front door.   I will continue to make purchases at Krause's and Saratoga Sweets because in America people are free to buy patronize whatever businesses they choose to patronize.

And you and your ilk have absolutely no civic pride the way you tear down the city and county -- and certain businesses which happen to be run by Democrats -- every chance you get.

Oh -- and no one lives in the basement of the family house -- so your pathetic attempt at a personal attack goes nowhere.

As for the Mallozzi's - you folks keeping dragging their name into this thread --- for what purpose?   You certainly are not going to accuse me of saying anything negative about them -- because I never have -- and I have enjoyed patronizing their various businesses.  (Although I must admit, I have not yet made it to the Brown Derby -- but there has been talk of holding a family get together there in 2012.)
