The state audit was supposed to correct the Metroplex fraud but it would appear that the audit was just another Dem sham. Maybe it's time to start filing complaints with the comptrollers office again, I already filed my complaint for what ever good it will do.

The State audit was great. The problem was the DEM morons reaction. Like we see here-it's all a lie, not accurate, partisan {even though a DEM did it}. Attack the messenger even if an elected DEM official. Proctor's is a taxpayer's black hole. It's past time for them to get off the taxpayers teat and become self financing. This would happen if we didn't have a bloated self important Jamestown resident in charge. The County should audit the Morris coffeehouse and Key Hall- lol. It's not something is awry-everything is awry.

     Why wasn't the Mayoral debate in the main auditorium? Because that houses Morris' ego.

That's what I'm talking about! People keep trying to give credit to Morris and various Metroplex types for Proctor's very existence when they HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!
We have yet to see any real numbers for what Proctor's "makes", just opinions of those who want to give credit to Gary McCarthy or somebody like that for saving Schenectady.
There isn't more "stuff" downtown since metroplex, just more shiny buildings where there ALREADY WERE BUILDINGS. No one goes downtown to visit the DOT or the Hampton Inn. You have government subsidized places taking up spaces that used to be occupied by retail. No net gain. Why is that so hard to understand? Proctor's was built in what, 1928?

Proctor's is a total fraud. When they took Key Bank off the City tax rolls people went nuts. This IOOF/440 Arts implosion is another fraud. Another way to keep Fat Morris out of bankruptcy. Proctor's loses millions and what do the DEM morons do? Run one of their employees for City Council so Proctor's can do more even damage. A bunch of termites eating through the budget.

And he's like a magician. He'll take millions of the taxpayers money and **poof** it completely disappears year after year.

Then he'll keep getting less and less ticket sales, less and less revenue and he prances to Metroplex and **poof** MORE money (thanks Taking It Back for those figures).

It's a bad business with no profit and has to rely upon the taxpayers for its survival. It's terrible for the City because it will never pay back or return on the millions spent for it......

Yep, DV is talking about himself when he says delusional.   He is so delusional that he THINKS the county has lowered taxes 4 times recently.   The proof that he is delusional comes from the PROOF that the COUNTY PORTION of property tax BILLS has INCREASED EACH AND EVERY YEAR.
