Madsen is accused of violently shaking the baby of his girlfriend, causing blindness from retinal hemorrhages to both eyes.
He also violated a stay-away order of the court by living with the woman.
In 2000 Madsen faced cruelty charges after he broke into his girlfriend's Griswold Height's home and killed her cat.



And they put this guy on HOUSE ARREST??? He should be in jail and the book thrown at him.
