The cost of police and fire protection will get more expensive as each year passes until the city goes bankrupt.

The more and more I see and the more I look at these financials of the "Authorities" and the City, the more that it looks to me to be the right option.  Anyone with any degree of Finance education would agree.  We arent getting out of this one folks.  The engine has stalled out.  The blood has already been squeezed from the stone.

Walk around the neighborhoods.  People don't have money.  Porches are falling down.  Roofs have missing shingles.  Cars have bald tires.  Chimneys are falling apart.  It all can't continue.  Some will walk from their homes.  Others will try and do something about it.

ROFL.    From the pigging out you've been observed doing in various places.     Can't help but see it in the gut.   Not even going to the gym either, not very healthy

speak up for the people rather than the politicos and their rich cronies.

They didn't know either way...They could have been reaching for the registration that dropped on the floor of the car...What made them think they were reaching for a gun?  What gives them to right to force a citizen out of their vehicle at gun point?  What was the probable cause?  A traffic violation and "suspicious behavior"?

There was a time in America where the burden of proof was on the state before they could draw guns and force you out of your property.  The threshold for probable cause gets less and less, and Americans actually cheer it on.

they automatically think they are reaching for a gun because:

1. they play alot of video games and their nerves are jacked up
2. they work in Schenectady and their nerves are jacked up
3. they know more than they can tell the public(because the leadership says to keep it quiet) just like in the movies
4. they were under trained and their nerves are jacked up

Does the citizen that has a gun pulled on them by police, have the right to pull a gun on the police, in fear that the police are going to shoot them?

In today's America, one is a "cop killer", the other is a hero.

How about if Officers Siler, Barnett, Hamilton and Diamond pulled you over to extort drugs out of you at gun point, in return for promised protection.  Would it be in your right to protect yourself with a gun from the extortion?  Who is the criminal?

OH...OH...I have another one...What if you are a young pretty girl hanging out with your sister, enjoying yourself at a local Schenectady hot spot, say, hmmmmmm,,,the Union Inn, and the Schenectady Police pull you out of the establishment under false claims that you are underage, but rather because you rejected the advances of an off duty police office?  Do you have the right to resist the illegal search and seizure with lethal force before you are brought down to the station holding cell to be harassed and abused?  Or do the police have the authority to detain whoever they like, because they have a "dangerous job"?

I don't want to be accused of playing "armchair quarterback" on this one.

But to some, all cops are good.  You must suspend reality and historical facts and support all police aggression against us.  If a cop draws his gun and forces you out of your property by gun point because you itched you balls, you need to understand it is for your own safety.  If you question the threats of lethal force, you will be shamed into accepting it as the new normal.

some folks would say "I feel less safe than you, so if they need to do that to me atleast I know it's for my own safety." Hive-think is easy to propagate. However, with in a society it can become
insidious and obfuscated under other types of used rhetoric. The leaders need podium pucks if they are not true. The easiest podium puck is the "just in case"..... I'm on the fence about this
because at the same time folks demand that our civilized society be such that it is accepted to have things as this, to keep civility. There is a line and Hitler was one that crossed it and it became
accepted to the masses. I only have a very limited view of the world, but everything I have gotten my hands on always leads me here. JMHO
