Because he doesn't meet the definition of Terrorism... at least not in most US law.

(Different jurisdictions have different versions of 'terrorism')
The USA PATRIOT Act defines terrorism activities as "activities that (A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the U.S. or of any state, that (B) appear to be intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion, or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping, and (C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S."

Because shooting at a building containing the offices of the President of the United States of America wouldn't fall under...

...because murder wouldn't be a violation of the criminal laws of any of the states.

The term 'terrorist' is not really a 'politically correct' word these days. Law enforcement will use it 'selectively'...if ya get my drift.

And in this particular case....was the shooter 'aiming' at someone specific? Obviously not, since no one ever reported the sound of a bullet hitting a window. They just stumbled upon it....so they say. So was the alleged shooter just 'terrorizing' or 'aiming'???

My opinion is because he wasn't white or arab with a name like Billy Bob Williamson or Mohammad Al Hussein.  The name didn't fit the stereotype.

The Americans can't know that Che Guevara South American style communists are occupying our cities and support violent revolution.

If you feel fear, that's a personal problem.  You may want to seek theapy.  The word communism seems to create a sense of general anxiety in you.  I don't fear communist, I just understand their philosophy and their propaganda.  Your fear seems to be a result of your lack of understanding.

I have no problem with Communists, Socialists, Marxists Americans.  If a revolution comes to America in the next
20 years it won't be the Communists, the Socialists, or the Marxists who are shooting at American citizens.
In the USA:
~  There are no Communists militia practicing assaults on US Troops.
~  There are no Socialist firing ranges where Socialists  practice shooting at State Troopers.
~  There are no Marxist  militias preaching an armed overthrow of the US Government
But there is one group that today is practicing assaults on US troops, and shooting at their rifle ranges practicing
shooting at State Troopers, and preaching an armed overthrow of the US Government.
If America is in danger it isn't from the Left, but from the Right.

you cant guarantee any of that....just like I cant....it's not about the 'practicing' as much as it is the allowing of the seed to germinate....this applies to 'right' also....

it's insidious when we allow the government to 'make our lives easier/better/equal etc'......it's giving a piece of one's self away in small increments....it's not about overthrowing the government
as much as it is eradicating from the government those things which should be held very close and dear to each individual, ie: self reliance/self preservation/self ownership/self responsibility etc etc....

I'm all about community as much as the next guy...but don't tread on my head...the grey matter belongs to me as does my heart and soul.....and I dont need to overthrow a government for that

but again, only 1 apple left on earth are you or I sharing?

...you are a product of your environment, your environment is a product of your priorities, your priorities are a product of you......

The replacement of morality and conscience with law produces a deadly paradox.
