SCHENECTADY -- A 17-year-old youth, upset over a domestic incident, threatened to jump off a bridge above Interstate 890 Monday night.

A kid with problems at home, living in that community, no wonder he was despondent. Too bad they didn't print the names of the cops who evidently handled this well.
