How do you know that the person that made the comment isn't a DEMOCRAT?  Are you saying that anyone that posts a view (regardless of validity), and that view is not favorable to you (regardless of poor taste, etc.), then the poster must not be a DEMOCRAT....is that what you are saying, because that is what you are implying!  Like it or not, there are A LOT of stupid, moronic DEMOCRATS that make stupid, ignorant statements and are clueless in so many ways about life and what the public really wants/needs....it is not an exclusive club for NON_DEMOCRATS !!!!

I don't know if pettas would do good anywhere anymore. They have been going down hill for quite some time. The wife went to a baby shower thingy(I think ) there and the food was barely warm. Meatballs were still cold.

We thought we'd give it another try a few months later and the food wasn't even warm. We won't be going back. Not to mention the riff raff in the parking lot.

However....it is a small business that employees people and for that I hope they succeed. But they just need to kick it up a notch first.  IMHO of course

I would also like to point out that the Mallozzi-run Treviso is one of the finest Italian experiences one could find anywhere. Furthermore -- The Mallozzi Family actually CARES ABOUT and LOVES THE COMMUNITY unlike any of the Nattering Nayboobs who post here and unconscionably run down our fine locally-owned establishments..

1.     They robbed the financially struggling taxpayers - they COULD have said "no" to an exemption from paying taxes, but NO, despite being a millionaire family, they decided to make the financially struggling homeowners pay the property and school taxes.   Talk about GREED!!!!!!!!!    Homeowners are losing their homes because they can't afford to pay Mallozzi's taxes, but Mallozsi's just sits back and lets the long time homeowners lose everything

2.     Care about the community?   Tell us about the free baked stuff Mallozzi's is handing out to the homeowners to pay Mallozzi's property and school taxes.

3.     Tell us about the dinner they are helping put on in Schenectady for the poor for Thanksgiving.

4.     Tell us about the volunteer work they are doing at the Y (the residence), the city mission, the salvation army and the concern for the hungry this Thanksgiving.   Well????

NO, DV, your are 1,000% wrong.   People are NOT anti small business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     Get a brain will you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    More PROOF that you do not now, nor have EVER owned property and paid taxes.

People are anti-socialists.   People are anti taxpayer-funded business.    People struggle to pay their daily living expenses and people CANNOT afford to pay the taxes for businesses---big or small.    

Of course, what else should we expect from you.    A mama's boy who lives of a couple mama's thinks everyone has it so easy.   Someday IF you ever grow up, become an adult, live independently (as all adults should) and pay taxes, then you will understand.

Homeowners work hard, do not get tax breaks, and lose their homes when they can't pay the taxes.     And so too should business.   If business cannot stay in business without sucking the homeowners dry, then let the business fail.

Tell us DV,   WHY, tell us WHY should homeowners lose their homes when they can't pay the taxes of the businesses????????
