They would be built in a foreign country just like everything else we have in this country.

I'm not a big fan of rail travel. The savings just aren't there, as it is only slightly cheaper than air travel which is much faster. While these new technologies would quicken the time they would also erase the savings. I'd like to see us in invest in more fuel effeicient airplanes and the related technology as I believe air travel is truley the future of transportation.
