These comments sound like they are coming from a desperate person.  Actually sounds like RVOR is on the outside looking in and doesn't like it!!!

McGarry is long on generalities and short on specifics -- except when he got caught 2 years ago say that he would just unilaterally abolish the police department and tear up civil service contracts.   He knows that he can't go into specifics and details -- because then people will discover how ill-informed/uninformed he actually is.
