Imagine being so pitiable that the SENIOR CENTER is your fiefdom and you must defend it against all invaders? The SENIOR CENTER!!! Yes, I'm yelling and using exclamation points. Because our tax dollars pay for these sick people to have this be their sick life. Worse than Jersey Shore, which you couldnot pay me to watch, but the citizenry have to pay for these senior centers!
I feel bad for any seniors trying to use these places. Now they probably will be interviewed by the police, and many seniors are self conscious about their faulty memories as it is.

It sounds like you have seen Diane Marco in action.

This is not an important story to cover in the DG Pravda. They are busy giving kudos to the Obama plan to forgive delinquent loans that lazy bums don't pay so WE can all pay them from the socialist pot of endless money! Oh those Gazette people are comedians! But of course if you have the balls to say so then you are "insane." This is how communists and socialists marginalize thought that does not fit their predetermined worldview. What do you all think about how unbiased their ways are?

NISKAYUNA
Senior center staff scuffle investigated

BY STEVEN COOK Gazette Reporter
Reach Gazette reporter Steven Cook at 395-3122 or scook@dailygazette.com.

The Schenectady County Sheriff’s Department is investigating allegations of an altercation this week at the Niskayuna senior center between a current employee and a former employee.
The former employee, Sue Leonard, alleges the current employee, April Steenburgh, hit her in the face at the center Tuesday while she was there visiting seniors she had worked with for years.
Steenburgh, though, contends it was Leonard who made the incident physical. Steenburgh also questioned the timing of Leonard’s visit, saying she believed it was tied to the upcoming town supervisor election.
The Sheriff’s Department was given the case by Niskayuna police after Leonard said she moved Thursday to press charges against Steenburgh.
No formal charges had been fi led as of Friday. Sheriff Dominic Dagostino said the investigation could conclude early next week.
The sheriff was given the case to avoid any appearance of a confl ict of interest with the town police, something that is common in similar situations, offi cials said.
Leonard is a former senior programs part-time employee who left the town workforce in June, alleging a hostile work environment. ............................>>>>.......................>>>>...........................http://www.dailygazette.net/De.....r01202&AppName=1

The allegations made for the former employee are politically motivated....The work place was hostile
caused by the new "ruler"....the very fact the the Supervisor backed and was very adament in his
statements, alleging that the former employee was the aggressor and that now alleging the visit was
politcally motivated ,,,soundsa bit made up...to cover up what really happened.

The fact that it turned into a hostile environment started when the new "ruler" was hired, started work, and a surprise to the former employee.....hours cut, duties cut, and overcontrolling from the new "ruler"....supposedly she was too educated  to answer phones.....WHAT ????

I hope the former employee takes this event to the courts.   no one should be told they have to leave a
public building,,,it would be the same as going to the local Museum and told because you are not a
resident you cannot enter.....what are we living in a Police State???

Sounds like the same scenerio at the Rotterdam Sr Center....Cafe became hostile environment in
Jan 2010. hours cut , lost wages, allegations, slanderous chatter, more work for less pay, or rather unpaid wages for more hours.....and on and on....

Nikayuna has the same problem that existed in Rotterdam. ....only thing is media coverage was granted.

It looks like TWO DAYS LATER the DG PRAVDA WOKE UP! Of course the story is sanitized to make the democraps look good and make the lady look like a troublemaker!!! The part about the exit being blocked (the people who work for the town think they can detain people physically!) and the slap on the face are censored by the editors at Pravda because they want to help the democraps. You have to call a spade a spade when you play cards.

Don't worry Graham, ALL those seniors witnessed what happened. They might not have a voice to stop this nonsense happening at the center, but they ALL DO VOTE!

They know the deal - they're not buying the 'working together' garbage because no one is working to keep them safe in their own center.

All anyone needs to do is hand over the DEMS a piece of rope because they seem to be able to hang themselves without much effort.

This is what happens when folks allow themselves to be categorized as 'victims'....like some seniors do. They allow themselves to become political pawns for the politically motivated.

And these are probably not your 80 year old seniors that are causing or becoming part of the rift but perhaps the left over hippy baby boomers that still think it is the 60's!!

Let DEM hack Diane Marco go to Niskayuna when Roger Hull takes over as Mayor and she gets creamed by Andrea Commarto for Town Clerk. Then she can have another lawsuit against another town. Political pigs your time has come- YIPPEE!
