Why is that SB???????? A beautiful house if one likes that style, in what is supposed to be the grandest neighborhood in the city.
So, in 2007, the city states that the house is valued at $382,000 In 2011, the city states that the house is worth $280,000
WOW, SB, even the city acknowledges a DRAMATIC reduction in the value of this house, WOW, the city lowers the assessment by a WHOPPING $102,000 !!!!!!!!!!!!
The owners moved in December 2008 to Niskayuna.
The house currently has an asking price of just a mere $196,000...........AND NO TAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, SB, PLEASE explain this. House is valued at $382,000 in 2007, then the house is valued at $280,000 in 2011, but by the end of 2011, no one even is willing to pay $96,000 for it.
