The freak show will be right across from my office.
It will be interesting to see what Mayor Jennings and the state will allow them to get away with. The two parks targeted for the camp out are owned separately be the state (Lafayette park) and the city (Academy park). Both parks close at 11pm. I know that if Jennings allows OA to break the law by staying passed the park closing time, my Boycott Albany effort will start on Monday. I work here, but won't spend a dime here until OA is made to follow the rule of law.

It's called the first amendment... look it up.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free
exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people
peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral
philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.

That does not give the right for protesters to violate city statutes...A park that is open from 8am to 11pm is a reasonable accommodation for people to express their 1st amendment rights..look it up.

There are also occupancy laws that have nothing to do with free speech.

An awsome thing to do would be to have someone film you handing out soap

Conservatives are so threatened when they see 'freedom' in action.
The king of England had similar thoughts when he heard about the American patriots demonstrating in Boston in 1773.

Our founding fathers and mothers were flaming anti-semites? Great comparison. Try Hitler Youth they too saw a vast Zionist conspiracy.

Simple, he'd rather let the underlings do the heavy work why he sits behind his computer and pontificates

I am all for letting them demonstrate. Of course since they dont work they can stay for months, I guess. But that prolonged "occupation" is losing its punch.

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

I don't have a problem with the protests, provided they follow the rule of law. Lafayette park and the surrounding area is home to all kind of protests, usually during the legislative season. But those people follow the rules, The OA crowd thinks they are above the law...which is kind of funny since they are protesting about the same basic thing when they rail against Wall street, et al

Another small turnout of smelly flea baggers with more press than protestors. Try and interview them on camera and put it up here. Anti-Zionist, anti-capitalist, anti-American. But for free food.
