TROY - A local pastor plans to “Occupy Troy” tomorrow and he is asking the community to help him. Pastor Willie Bacote plans to be at Monument Square tomorrow at 12 p.m. From there, he plans to march to Freedom Square, where he is encouraging anyone to take part in a 'Peoples Mic' from 2 to 4 p.m.
