If the police had to use violence against this person, I'm assuming it was justified violence. In this new police state we live under where the executive branch (police) can kill or jail American Citizens without trial or charges, but by merely labeling a person a "terrorist" or "AlQaeda" without due process to justify these actions, I assume that is what happened in the liberal democrat urban center of Oakland.
Don't forget the DHS released a report WARNING America of the potential of right wing "terrorists", and to be on the lookout for returning veterans. If my government warned returning vets may become terrorists, then I have to assume that the action against this marine was in response to that DHS report.

There's an unbiased report if I ever heard one from Keith, not. The protesters were told to leave the park and they tried to force their way back into the park and provoked the police response. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.
