Yet another DAY TIME shooting.

Yep, and the cheerleaders keep saying "hiker those taxes on the homeowners and give the money to the millionaires downtown" as homeonweers leave the city to shop.

Beautiful day for children to get outside and get fresh air and play, beautiful day to take a walk.   NOT IN SCHENECTADY!!!!!!!!   No fresh air for the kids, no exercise for people who like to bike or walk.   Not in Schenectady city.   Stay inside, oh wait, bullets go through walls.   Put your house up for sale?   Wonder if the lone cheerleader for government gin mills and other socialist businesses will get his "mamas" to buy him a house in the city so he can move into the city he claims is so wonderful

SCHENECTADY -- Police are investigating a shooting Sunday afternoon in which one victim tried to drive himself to the hospital and crashed on Union Street near Union College.

Schenectady police initially received a call around 12:11 p.m. Sunday of shots fired on Close Street near Victory Avenue. A short time later, a white Nissan Altima crashed into an iron fence near the intersection of Nott Terrace and the driver was found to be suffering from gunshot wounds.

The driver was taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital with unknown injuries, said Police Chief Mark Chaires. No one was on the sidewalk at the time of the crash. Another victim arrived at Ellis Medicine's McClellan Street campus with less serious injuries.

Police said more information will be released

He was leaving a renaissance fair...

"While Foreign Terrorists were plotting to murder and maim using homemade bombs in Boston, Democrap officials in Washington DC, Albany and here were busy watching ME and other law abiding American Citizens who are gun owners and taxpayers, in an effort to blame the nation's lack of security on US so that they could have a political scapegoat."

ANOTHER SHOOTING?
Ya just can't make this stuff up!

It is amazing to see the liberal democrats who's mantra has historically been to look out for the blue collar, working middle class..... to clearly not give a damn about them at all in schenectady.

IT IS TIME TO OCCUPY SCHENECTADY!!!!

Provide the proof.   OK, that crime report about it being down is primarily affected by the one lone raid.

Nowl show us the proof about home sales up.   Show us the sales!!!!!!!!!!!    Oh, are you using your numbers comparing the ONE LONE month of Julyand trying to claim that one month ONLY is an approrpiate comparison?????    But the numbers from that decent website PROVED otherwise when comparing a six month period of time.  Home sales comparing ONE LONE month in two years does NOT show anything.

Please explain why houses have sat for sale for over a year?  Homes in good areas?    Can you do that?

Show us the employment that is up from NEW jobs----NOT, an I repeat NOT jobs that were EXISTING jobs and moved a few blocks.   Well?????   Waiting for your answer.

And tell us what the salaries are of these jobs?????

Tell us what high paid state employees have moved into Schenectady CITY since their jobs were transferred here?????    I asked you that before, you have NEVER NEVER NEVER answered----why not?    Because NONE of those high paid employees bought a house in the city?

Tell us about the taxes DV??????    Oh yeah, you know NOTHING about taxes

So, IF it's oh so good in the city, then why do you AVOID LIVING in the city - you AVOID it like the plague!!!!!!!    PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS !!!!   Oh that's right no job, no money.   Why don't you live like an adult?

Here is a question -- In what world would I be obligated to dignify the manic rants and bully-like ravings of a obviously disturbed individual like MC ???    Maybe .. in MC's abusive/bully world.     But I live in the real world and I don't spit in the face of bullies  and just keep on walking toward my goal/destination.

sales tax revenue is UP which means that sales are UP

Just remember DV, this does NOT, and I repeat does NOT reflect sales in Schenecxtady!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     When a Schenectady CITY resident, or anyone residing in ther county, goes to Saratoga to buy, say, kitchen appliances, they pay Schenectady sales tax!!!    A Schenectady resident goes to Albany to buy a car, they WILL be charged Schenectady's sales tax!

And because there is no place in downtown to buy anything one needs, despite homeowners being raped and robbed to foot the bill for downtonw, there is NO PLACE ANYWHERE downtown to buy things that people need, with the exception of the limited stuff at Rudnicks.   Tell us DV, with the MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS of dollars taken from the taxpayers to blow on downtonw, tell uds WHERE downtown can people buy clothes for themselves and their children?      How about coats, boots, shoes?    With all the millions poured into downtown, where can homeonwers buy furniture?   Where can they buy things they need like bedding, linens, things like dishes, pots and pans, flatwhere and the like?  Where downtown can people buy drapes, curtains and rugs?    Where downtown can they buy computers and accessories?   Where downtown can parents buy chilfrens toys and pet needs?    Where downtown can people buy sewing machines and other craft supplies?  Where downtown can people buy tools and hardware, lawn and garden supplies?

Gee, all these years and all. these TENS OF MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS of TAXPAYER dollars and some 8 years under YOUR dem buddy socialists and still no stores for people to buy things they need.     It was only within the past year that the announcement about Target opening in Glenville, looks like that non-socialist business will be finished DECADES before people can buy anything downtown.

Awwwwww     What's the matter.  So now, if I ask INTELLIGENT questions, I'm a disburbed individual    ROLFMAO

How is it being abusive or being a bully for me to ask DV for PROOF of the sentences he writes here????????

DV claims house sales are up, I ask him to provide the proof and he claims I am being a bully??????    Any reponsible. citizen would ask questions like that.   So, I guess all the non-socialists in this country are bullies and are disturbed people because we want proof of claims made by the government.   Is that right dV?

The ONLY reason he resorts to using such terminology is because he ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY CANNOT PROVIDE ONE TEENY WEENY SHRED OF PROOF of the statements he makes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In our neighborhood we've had many, UNREPORTED in the DG, acts of Graffitti, vehicle breakins, vandalism, and the occasional vagrant.   Since this type of crime does not sell newspapers and does not have the shock value allure of shootings and the like, it largely goes unreported, but it does exist.   And we do hear of these occurences from our friends who live in other areas of the city.
