So a Certain Which We Won't Name!   Well do I call it a restaurant or pizza and sub shop. So the business Was asked politely in the beginning if a  That Cat Fur Mayor sign could share a portion of a old county fence next to the business that is barely up with the (proper?) business signs the pizza place attached to the (did I mention the county owned) fence. So just after Two days of The Cat sign being up one of the partners descides the sign is too much! Real reason- Too much Cat Talk in Just Two days at the restaurant!  Humor! People going and discussing Cat sign at What business were they at?  Good Move Pizza joint!   I know Could of went under The Cat Mayor thread.

I guess you just said that the cat for mayor sign brought in too much talk for the likes of the business owners, right?
So the business folks took down the sign that was on a public fence, right?

Well, from what I heard from the (smiling) female workers that seemed to think the sign was fine. I guess for Two days The Cat was the in like subject. Wonder if Cat discussions were holding the line? Wonder if Tuna sub sales Would have increased? O well I guess if your working the line, enough is enough?   Yes a public fence that sits next to this multi unit building that this New Pizza place, actually relocated from Rotterdam just rented a space in this building and the pizza place placed thier small busi signs on the fence, not really a big deal. Even asked them if the The Cat sign was ok, as I said too much Cat talk, enough said.

If the fence was located on the business' property -- it was NOT a public fence.   I am assuming that it was on the business' property since they had to ask the business for permission to put it up.

If the fence was on public property -- city, county or school --- and truly was a "public fence" -- than NO POLITICAL SIGN SHOULD HAVE BEEN PLACED THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Its actually a half sustained fence next to the old Walace armer on Erie. The fence is part of one of those county owned parking lots. Permission was asked because wanted to put this sign up close to the building and this one tenants entrance. Also had owner of the buildings permission and prob still do. Was asking the busi out of respect. As I said too much Cat Conversation. Maybe the bosses were getting hit with too many Cat questions?
