Hey box, you gave me a lot of evidence on behalf of the GOVERNMENT.  GOOD JOB.  Where is Al-Awalki's defense testimony?

Here is some more government evidence for killing - There are WMD's in Iraq.

Box, you should go back to the Due Process song I posted, maybe you will begin to understand what Due Process means.  IT MEANS YOU GET TO PRESENT YOUR CASE AGAINST THE STATE TO PROVE YOU'RE INNOCENT!!!

Bumble,
It's interesting that you find George Worst Bush's policy to be "unpopular".

Never said it was ever a popular policy. The point is....obama acted on it. Proving once again....they are a different side of the same old coin!!! It's the 'system'!! And Ron Paul is the ONLY one that just may have a chance of changing it!!

Ohhhh...Al-Awalki had lunch at the Pentagon?  Interesting...From lunch at the Pentagon to target of drone attack...Wow...What a coincidence.  Box, have you ever had lunch at the Pentagon?  Seems like a pretty high profile lunch.

Box, how about you go back over your Al-Awlaki wrap sheet figure out what happened during that gap between 2001 and 2004.  Seems to me, during that time he was having lunch at the pentagon and holding prayer at the Capital.  NOW, suddenly, he was kill by the same people he dined with.

Here Cicero... Read the terrorists in this jet their rights...
Then assure their Due Process...
Get a federal judge to issue a warrant to search for evidence...
Get an indictment...
BUT...
Ya better hurry, cause in about 10 seconds you will be part of those who wished some one had taken out these terrorists... the ones who were friends with your new BFFL Al-Awalki.

Damn... another American dies while Cicero is looking for that federal judge and 'due process'.
To my knowledge, no enemy at war with the USA has ever had access to US Due Process, weather he was an American citizen or not.
If you don't have the stomach  to kill the enemy in a war Cicero, get out of the way so someone who will save American lives can.

I don't have the stomach to kill a U.S. citizen that was invited to lunch at the Pentagon.  An enemy that held prayer at the U.S. Capital?  This guy was supposedly as bad as Bin Laden and we are wining him and dining him after 9/11 and inviting him into our Capitol, now he's on a CIA kill list.  Makes sense Box.

~ Ho Chi Mihn lived in NYC and worked as a busboy while learning about America.
~ Robert LeRoy Parker better known as Butch Cassidy toured NYC while a wanted for robbery.
~ Fidel Castro spent time in NYC eating chicken.
~  Much of the Bush family wealth came from supplying needed raw materials and credit to Adolf Hitler's Third Reich. Several business operations managed by Prescott Bush - the president's grandfather - were seized by the US government during World War II under the Trading with the Enemy Act.
~ Salem bin Laden, Osama's older brother, was an investor in Arbusto Energy. - the Texas oil company started by George W. Bush.
~ A financial backer of George Worse Bush, Khalid bin Mahfouz, also bankrolled many of Osama Gin Laden's many enterprises.Khalid bin Mahfouz still owns a palatial estate in Houston.

~ And it appears that Cicero's BFFL, Al-Awalki spent some time in DC.

Butch Cassidy - Charged with horse thief, cattle rustling, train and bank robbery and convicted or imprisoned in the state prison in Laramie, Wyoming for horse theft. DUE PROCESS

Prescott Bush - Violation of Trading With the Enemy Act.  Charged with a crime - DUE PROCESS

All the rest are not American citizens and are not pertinent to the topic...Just more red herrings...

Box, of all those you mentioned, none were American citizens put on a CIA kill list without due process.  It would have been a compelling argument if that were the case.  But it isn't.  The fact that Al-Awalki had lunch at the Pentagon and help prayer at the Capital AFTER 9/11 would have no bearing...IF HE WASN'T A U.S. CITIZEN JUST ASSASSINATED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WITOUT DUE PROCESS!!!!!

Yes, allegedly America's sworn enemy that was just assassinated on a CIA kill list with no due process, that had lunch with pretty high ranking government officials at the Pentagon and was chosen to conduct prayer for Muslim Congressional Staffers AFTER 9/11.  He must be a REAL threat to America, he was gonna take it down.  How many alleged fail bombing attempt is he the 'mastermind' of?

Your post was about foreigners that traveled through American cities and American citizens that broke the law and received due process.  And the fact you listed Bin Laden is even funnier, since he was actually charged and indicted by a grand jury.  That's a right the U.S. citizen Al-Awalki wasn't afforded.

After WW1, many American citizens who were fighting in Europe ended up in France.  They went AWOL, and settled down with French women to live as if they were French citizens.
During WW2 some of these American/Frenchmen either by choice or by force, ended up in the French Vichy Army fighting against US and allied troops in North Africa.

SO... there is a possibility that any of the French Vichy forces could be an American Citizen.

If Cicero were fighting in North Africa back then, he would have to first identify which of the Vichy French forces that were shooting at him were actually American citizens.  He couldn't shoot at any for fear of shooting an American... (Shooting an American who is shooting at him,  would be against Cicero's view of the US Constitution  so Cicero couldn't shoot back.)

When an enemy of the USA is an American citizen or not, fighting against US troops in a war... he is in a position to be killed by US troops.

I wonder what Cicero would do when fighting in North Africa???  As long as one American Citizen were on the opposing forces, Cicero could not shoot any of them... He would be forced to surrender, or violate his view of the US Constitution.

Well box, you're off the mark again....You clearly state that soldier is SHOOTING at me AND wearing the UNIFORM of the enemy which America has DECLARED WAR against.

Who has Al-Awalki shot at?  What army is he fighting for?  Did America declare war?  If the government has evidence(which it says it does) showing that he is fighting for a foreign army then it should be NO PROBLEM to indict him for TREASON.

I wonder if Cicero knows what the uniform of the Viet Cong looks like when we were fighting them?  I wonder if he can show me where we DECLARED WAR against the South Vietnamese who comprised the Viet Cong?

I wonder if Cicero knows what the uniform of most Taliban in Afghanistan?  I wonder if he can show me where we DECLARED WAR against the Taliban?

~ "Who has Al-Awalki shot at?"
Cicero's will only shoot at the foot soldiers shooting at HIM.  He considers the forward observer calling in artillery a 'non combatant'.  He considers the General to be a non combatant.  He considers the convoy carrying enemy supplies to be non combatants... so he won't shoot them.

~ "What army is he fighting for?"
They are called Al Qaeda.  Perhaps you've heard of them Cicero.  They have killed thousands of Americans, and attempted to kill thousands more.    Al-Awalki was a part of those attacks and  would be considered a major part of their operation.  Much like a General or Colonel in our forces.

~ "Did America declare war?"
Nope.  When George Worst Bush invaded Afghanistan, he didn't declare war.  When Al Qaeda attacked the USA they didn't declare war either.  Most of our wars have not had a formal declaration of war.  But that is a different subject.

When you read about "James Bond' you are reading about a fictional character who represents actual people in most governments.  Our CIA has the authority to capture or kill a very few individuals (some Americans) who are a grave threat to the safety of the USA.  Those operatives will help protect America throughout the world, weather there is a Democrat, a Republican or a Fringe Candidate in the White House.

Again...Box ALL your examples are of foreign enemies...In your attempt to rationalize the targeted assassination of a U.S. citizen, you offer no examples of a U.S. citizen being targeted for murder by our government.

All I'm asking for is the guidelines that put a U.S. citizen on a CIA hit list, and how to get off a CIA hit list.  Is it producing YouTube videos, or writing magazine articles in opposition to U.S. foreign policy?

Even AFTER the execution of a U.S. citizen, this Administration refuses to make available to the public the evidence that led them to this decision.  Why not?

So tell me box, do you feel safer now that the federal government executed a U.S. citizen without due process for the vague informal charge of 'terrorism'?
