Schenectady PD cannot keep up serving warrants.  SOLUTION, suspend traffic enforcement.  Put resources where need call for not where you get revenue.

As for taxes, someone should pay anyone stupid enough to live in Schenectady to live there.  It is no privilege, that is for sure.
