All the women have to do is to have some competent instructors show them how to shoot. First don't start with a 440 grain bullet in a .50 caliber pistol that's for a trained shooter. The last clip with the women not holding the rifle/shotgun firm against her shoulder was just asking for trouble. My wife handles a 12 ga very well and can hit what she aims at as do many women who have been trained to shoot properly.
