the city pays for alot of government positions with COLAs and pensions attached to the future......it's like a wet wool blanket by the time the next generation gets here......the tax cap was ALWAYS a joke from the beginning,,,the problem
is that the sheople liked their ears tickled and didn't realize that the COLAs and the pensions weren't a part of it......

not to mention the 'extra' tariffs/duties/taxes/surcharges paid in this county attached to phone/cable/heat/electricity/plumbing/powertools etc etc..........SHOW ME THE MONEY TRAIL......

and McCarthy has the 'F'EN' NERVE to ask for volunteers?????? really??? that's piss poor leadership........how about holding down the fort....can he do that? oh, only with the gumbas when they hunker down because the tsunami is coming....
