What he says is true, however, the dems are taking the taxpayers money and giving it to the millioiares downtown. So there is no money to hire police to go and ticket people if THEY see someone throwing stuff out the car window, or otherwise littering.
Well, since DV allegedly loves the city so much.....so very much that he won't buy a house in the city......incredibly low low home prices, almost the lowest mortgage rates in histroy, handouts from the govt, ability to get a mortgage for substantially more than the house is worth....and DV STILL won't buy a house. Wow, that proves he knows the city is a crap city, very low quaity of life, very high taxes, very high crime, disappearing vital services, and trash all over the place. If the city is improving as DV claims, then it would be NOW that DV should buy in order to get a return on his investment, but obviously, while he refuses to admit it, there is nothing to be made on buying in Schenectady. He knows darn well that IF he were to buy he would lose money, he know darn well that IF he were to buy he'd be paying almost the highest taxes in the whole dang United States!!!!!!!!!!!!
