The Wade Lupe Townhouses, a 125-unit apartment complex in downtown Schenectady, New York, sold for $3.2 million. The buyer was Juda Klein, who owns other commercial real estate properties, according to Ann MacAffer of CB Richard Ellis /Albany. The seller was Wade Lupe Towers LLC. I had seen an old article about the original planning and construction of these a few days ago. I couldn't find that, but when I did a search I came across this one. There's a little bit about it at the end, but I thought the main part of the piece was interesting.
