I think  u should hire all the bloggers here to write brochures for the city. lol . people will read them and wonder WTF and have to visit to see how bad it is. then when they get here, they will see the opposite and stay.

No, I think the DSIC has the market on this. They go around to local businessowners and strong-arm them saying that these businesses need to pay $300 to DSIC because they are in 'the zone'.

Then these businesses never see DSIC again until another few hundred needs to be ponied-up again.

Biggest scam going. Well, unless you needed tree grates....oops!
