So for political purposes, you are taking the position that if there was no Metroplex and the Democrat Party, there would be 4000 less jobs.  That's ridiculous.

In a sane world, the burden of proof would be on the person making the claim of created jobs...But in the hyper-political world of Schenectady N.Y., they want proof there wasn't jobs created.

And it has nothing to do with dem/gop. etc.. it has everything to do with how a successful economic development policy works. the dems are just hanging their hat on it and the goppers are pissed that they can;t use it to their adv. infact, if u listen to their rhetoric, they say the factors that created the jobs were already in motion prior to the dems taking office. so in other words, they accept the numbers, they just don't want to give the dems credit.

List all the jobs created demento. McCarthy is lying about job creation and got caught red handed by the media. The Gazetto, TU and Talk 1300 all have the mailer you claim does never existed. McCarthy also lowered taxes and left County employment? lol. McCarthy created more jobs than Obama!

What numbers have you seen?  How do they measure how many jobs WOULD have been lost without the economic planning?  That must be a pretty complex formula.  

I can say it is summarily true because there are virtually the same number of people employed in 2011 as in 1999..And there are 8000 more people that live in the county.  How do you have a 5% increase in population over 10 years and ZERO change in employment?  

And please...Show us the 'would have lost' formula.  That must be real interesting.

Ridicule means 'lack of reasoning' which apparently you lack. BS has been in the forefront with the truth as other posters here have stated. It is understandable why one must resort to ridicule when the house of cards just might be in danger of collapsing. Anyone would do the same if in that position.

I think you are confused. BS doesn't work for the gazette.
