The Gazette has conflicting interests in that the stories cannot scare potential customers away from the restaurant he just bought.  If you thought the Gazette was bad before, it's about to get worse.  I only suggest you buy it if you own birds or a fireplace.

Most ALL of the citizen journalists that post here are usually correct....including BS. And perhaps the plex is compiling a report specific for you to post here. Now that 'will' be interesting to say the least.

Well again, guess this is the lame tactic which will be used during the November elections - if you don't have a leg to stand on regarding an issue, attack others!

Yep, Downtown is a showcase - too bad it's costing the taxpayers millions to keep afloat. You know, the only way MP or Bellevue will ever get money from the City is if they tear down every house and make the area a golf course. Heard you get $3 million for that!!

True! Gillen, Savage, Stratton and mccarthy have totally made a mess of schenectady and all in the name of 'downtown'!

The highest taxed in the state and running a close first in the country. Crime is rampant. Infrastructure in shambles. Blight. Vacant homes due to people walking away due to the overburden tax. A school system that can't graduate 50% of it's students. An overflowing dss building where many recipients don't even live in the county. Businesses moved, supported and developed at the taxpayers expense, while these same businesses pay little, if any taxes. The CEO of proctors illegally receiving a STAR exemption.
