Because of his great "leadership" there are primaries up and down the DEM line. Bill Cooke must have told you where to stick your park. Mr. Cooke didn't run too far since he is now running for Town Board. It's too funny watching the working together crew totally imploded. Keep wasting resources on primaries. Pass the popcorn.

Very interesting. How dare yous support actual DEMS like Bill Cooke and Bob Godlewski? Tony explain how raising taxes by $11 MILLION a year for 25 years COUNTYWIDE helps create any jobs? The County has lost thousands of jobs since TJ Hooker was elected. Nobody cares about filling a committee with stooges.

Cicero--you have no idea how many frail elderly can be found in Rotterdam.  And more are coming.  The Republicans have NEVER been considerate of the seniors.  As for the Gossip Center--it is what it is.  It expecially was filled with imagination under the watchful eye of John DeGiorgio and ST.  John Mertz himself used to threaten seniors with all sorts of doom and gloom--including my mother.  Sure close the center and get somebody who is competent to care for the aging population.  Boomers aren't ready for that care yet.

Bottomline --- I have met many people in politics and other places over the years --- of all of those people ... Tony Jasenski  is one of the handful that I would want covering my back in a fox hole or, more importantly, that I would entrust the life and well-being of my family and loved-ones to.   He has been and will continue to be a great public servant but much more importantly he is a good man and a good friend.

Tony does not deserve the attacks of the hateful right-wing and neither does Mr. Santabarbara. They both come from lovely families and are generous and devoted public servants who you can be sure would put their lives on the line for America if they needed to. It is an atrocity that the GOP (Goats Over People) can be so evil as to run against them. They are THERE to keep the frail elderly safe!
