Actually sales went from $580,000 to over $1,000,000 ... and that wasn't insurance that I sold at the office in Schenectady -- the insurance business was a separate business venture that did quite well.

I could say the same for you and the rest of the posters -- oh .. and I have run for public office and I am out in the public and am VERY involved in the town and community in variouscapacities .. and unlike 98% of the other posters I do NOT hide my identity nor do I post under more than 1 username.

Actually -- 5% of the proceeds on THURSDAY NIGHTS will be going to the Rotterdam Democratic Party.

My heart is torn between offering the WORLD'S GREATEST BBQ ... which would mean Texas BBQ ONLY  --- or offering a variety of BBQ styles  (Memphis, KC, St. Louis, and the various Carolina varieties)

Personally -- BBQ means one thing .. and one thing only ...   beef brisket and sausage - slowly smoked for hours -- and NO SAUCE ON IT until you put it on yourself at the table (if you are really must have sauce)
